Workflow and Usability

Workspaces from earlier CorelDRAW and Corel PHOTO-PAINT versions can be imported, and custom keyboard shortcuts can be assigned to frequently used commands.

AI Features

AI Generate creates vectors from text prompts or existing artwork and produces images from text, with a choice of AI model, aspect ratio, and optional styles or color palettes. Image remixing, one-click background removal, and AI-assisted subject selection and clip masking are also included. Subscribers and maintenance customers receive a monthly allowance of 2,000 AI credits. One-time purchase customers receive 2,000 credits that do not renew, and additional credits can be bought separately. Corel states that user artwork is not used to train its AI features or third-party AI models.

Color, Typography, and Output

Color management and prepress tools support print production, and Pantone color libraries are integrated at no additional cost. Bitmap and vector edits can be applied as reversible adjustments and effects. Typography tools include variable font support, text fitting to paths, and block shadow and contour effects. The suite supports a broad range of graphics, publishing, and image file formats.

Collaboration

Designs can be shared with clients and colleagues, who can view, annotate, and comment in a browser without installing CorelDRAW, and the designer receives email notifications when comments are added. This feature is available with a subscription, with maintenance, or through an additional purchase plan for perpetual license holders.
